Questions which you should ask about your potential Instructor:

• Will I always have the same Instructor?

Will my Instructor be:

• Male or female?
• Young or old?
• Experienced ?
• Patient?
• Friendly?
• Reliable?

Will my Instructor have:

• A Pleasant manner?
• Good communicative skills?
• The ability to put me at ease?

Will my Instructor be:

• Member of a National Instructors Association,
• Member of a Local Instructors Association?

The Driving Standards Agency, recommend that all Instructors should become members of an Association, as these Associations are informed and involved in the consultation process, each time changes are being proposed, which affect the requirements, concerned with the content and manner in which the driving test is conducted, along with changes which may be made in the standard of driving instruction, being given by Qualified Instructors.
